Selling Downloaded Books & IPR

I have been selling book downloads longer than Amazon.com has been in business, originally using something called "ftp."  I didn't invent selling downloads, but I might have patented it.  If I had, then Amazon.com would have to pay me to sell downloads.  I would be rich.  You would pay me for every book download you bought.  Do you see why IPR is so attractive?

This arrangement would be backed up by violence, something that is a violation for natural rights.  Do you see why IPR is wrong?
